Shauna Ti'er

Shauna Ti'er is the mother of six and a grandmother of six (with two more on the way late 2026). A high school educator as well as a collegiate professor who is also an actress, model, and singer! She writes, produces, and direct films. She was introduced into the industry as a child actress. She was doing stage plays and plays at church at 5 years old; singing as a soloist and in the church choir; stage plays at school, getting into drama club; then was afforded the opportunity to be a model for JCPenney INC. Corporate at 15 years old on a special quest called S.T.A.F.F. (special teen advisor for fashion). She continued to do stage plays in drama while singing in church and and other local events. She was then contracted through NTM GROUP; Naturally Talented Management Group by CEO and founder, the late Shanita Brown. Mrs. Brown took her under her wing and began to help her develop as an actress, model, in short films, in tv series, commercials and we even created an EP and released a few singles of her own music. Mrs. Brown remained her manager/consultant/friend turned family throughout the years. They were very close friends/family from middle school until Mrs. Brown passed away in September 2025.

Shauna Ti'er loves learning and has proven to be one that embraces education. She has a Degree in Computer Information Systems, a Bachelors in Psychology, a Masters in Mental Health Counseling, Masters in Educational Leadership and a Masters in Special Education! She is also currently seeking her Doctorate Degree in Special Education! Meanwhile she has remained an educator while writing short films and television series. She is producing major events, still acting, modeling, directing and producing films through Sapphire Mix Productions, LLC., under the umbrella of Sapphire Mix Fusion, INC.

Shauna Ti'er learned at a young age that when you lose a lot, you hunger and thirst to get it all back. She has taken that time to set my life up so that she can have it all back and that she and her family can enjoy the fruits of our labor.

Fast-forward to present day, she has formed an extraordinary partnership with the wonderful Actor and Executive Editor, Howard Bailey who will operate as the Chief Financial Officer and the fabulous entrepreneur and Director, Actress, Ysela Williams Phillips whose role is the Chief Operating Officer.
